LIABILITY WAIVERS

We want everyone to have a pleasant and safe experience at The FieldHouse. Any athlete or participant is required to fill out a liability waiver on their first visit or before any activity, regardless of age. You can fill out an electronic version, or feel free to print the waiver and bring it with you when you come!
